Received a bag or jar that busted open? Not happy with your purchase of spices or seasonings? No problem! We offer a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked. Simply contact our customer service department and let us know what happened. Please DO NOT send any spices back to us for ANY reason. We simply cannot accept them due to the sensitive nature of food products.

If you received a product that you simply do not like, we would be happy to exchange it for another product. We are humans, tell us what happened and we will work with you as best as we possibly can. We love our customers and we want you to be super happy every time you open or use some of our spices! We want you to be a customer for life, not just sell to you one time. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service!



We ship via USPS First Class Package, Priority Mail & Priority Express to all 50 states of the United States of America and it's territories. We ship Priority Mail International to all other countries.

Free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders to the United States of America and it's territories on orders of $75. Free USPS Priority International for orders of $250.

All orders ship via your chosen USPS method in 1-3 business days depending on current inventory levels and size of order placed. 

NOTE TO COUNTRIES IN THE EU. We do not store any data and we are too small to have a way to allow you to opt out of our site's data collection. Use our site at your own risk.

Company is not responsible or liable for any errors on this website. All pricing must be verified by the company before shipment. It may be necessary to adjust order total due to inaccuracies on the website that are discovered either by the customer or the company during the order, payment, or shipping process.

For transparency purposes and to stand in integrity as we always do, please know that we DO NOT sell your data or literally do anything with it. Our systems store your name, street address, email address & telephone number when you place an order.


No credit card information is stored and our site does not use cookies. Your data just sits on our secure store server.
