Received a bag that busted open or that seems to be a little off? No problem! We offer a 100% money back guarantee (excluding shipping charges), no questions asked. Simply contact our customer service department and let us know what happened. Please DO NOT send any spices back to us for ANY reason. We simply cannot accept them due to the sensitive nature of food products.

If you received a product that you simply do not like, we would be happy to exchange it for another product. We are humans, tell us what happened and we will work with you as best as we possibly can. We love our customers and we want you to be super happy every time you open or use some of our spices! We want you to be a customer for life, not just sell to you one time. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service!

Shipping

 

Free shipping on all orders with no minimum total. We do it all day, every day.

Free shipping only applies to the 50 United States of America and its territories.

All orders ship via USPS first class mail (1-3 products) and USPS Priority Mail (3+ products) to the 50 United States, it's territories and international countries. International shipping is available at an additional charge. International customers must pay all incurred customs and shipping charges. If destination country is not listed on the website or if you would like to have your products shipped via UPS or FedEx, please contact our customer service department for a custom shipping quote.

 

WE DO NOT SHIP TO COUNTRIES IN THE EU because we are too small to handle the data use policies.

Far Out Foodz, LLC ("the company") reserves the right to change or update pricing, shipping policy or company policies at anytime without notification to suppliers or customers, neither past or future, of said changes unless there is a direct impact to an already placed and/or pending order that is affected by said change. The company reserves the right to change any policies on the "Policies" page without notice and at any time. By placing an order with Far Out Foodz, LLC, either in person, at a trade show, farmers market, through www.FarOutFoodz.com or via other means, you hereby agree to all terms, conditions and policies set forth on this page.

Company is not responsible or liable for any errors on this website. All pricing must be verified by the company before shipment. It may be necessary to adjust order total due to inaccuracies on the website that are discovered either by the customer or the company during the order, payment, or shipping process.

Data Use Policy

 

We no longer ship to countries in the EU. As an extremely small business we do not have the resources or time to dedicate to ensuring compliance to the GDPR that went into effect on 5/25/2018.

 

For transparency purposes and to stand in integrity as we always do, please know that we DO NOT sell your data or literally do anything with it. Our systems store your name, street address, email address & telephone number when you place an order.

 

No credit card information is stored and our site does not use cookies. We may possibly add you to our email newsletter if we ever get it going, but other than that, your data sits on our secure store server.
